Youth Confirmation

Confirmation marks the final stage of full initiation into the Christian community.  As fully initiated members of this priestly people, these young men and women must be ready to offer their gifts and talents along with those of their brothers and sisters for the continued building up of the Body of Christ.

The Sacrament of Confirmation for youth is typically received during the 7th grade in the Diocese of Cheyenne.  Here at Holy Trinity, the Confirmation program runs concurrently with our Jr. and Sr. High Religious Education program for students in grades 7-12.  In order to receive the Sacrament of Confirmation, students should be registered and participating in the Jr. and Sr. High Religious Education program.  In addition, students seeking to receive the Sacrament of Confirmation must attend 1 additional Confirmation classes held on a day off from school, participate in a retreat in preparation for the sacrament, and complete 20 hours of service in the church and community.
